How long does it take?
Usually 2–5 working days of production, plus 24/48 hours for shipping. Simple pieces can take just one day: if you're in a hurry, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Will the object look exactly like the preview?
The preview shows shape, colours and text. The real piece is in relief, with the fine lines typical of 3D printing that give it character. For quoted jobs we always send you a draft to approve before printing.
Can I send you my logo?
Of course. A PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF file is fine, and so is a photo: if needed, we redraw it ourselves. Logo preparation is free.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes. Choose "Business" when ordering and enter your VAT number and SDI code or PEC: the e-invoice is sent automatically.
What materials do you use?
Mostly PLA, a plant-based material with rich, bright colours. For pieces that go outdoors or need to withstand knocks we use PETG. For the gold and silver effect we use PLA Silk.
Can I return a personalised object?
Made-to-order objects are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are unique. But if it arrives broken or different from what you ordered, we reprint it or refund you.
